Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role that involves working from our Manchester office 2 days per week and remote work on other days. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email, as well as assisting with travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound enquiries effectively and efficiently
- Assist with travel arrangements, book conference rooms, and perform other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve queries at first point of contact
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a reliable, customer-oriented individual with excellent German language skills. Previous experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role is essential. Technical proficiency is also a plus.
