About the Role

This is a Customer Support Specialist position that will be working closely with Selling Partners in Europe to ensure their compliance with Amazon's sustainability requirements.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to Merchants selling on Amazon, ensuring they meet all their sustainable compliance needs.

You will work collaboratively with various internal teams to drive seller engagement, guide them through new and existing legislative requirements, and resolve any issues or questions they may have.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is fluent in German and English, has at least 6 months of experience in customer service or contact center environments, and possesses excellent communication, composure, and professional attitude.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning new skills, has a strong sense of urgency, and can adapt to changing business needs.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Language: Fluent in German and English
  • 6 + months experience within a customer service/contact center environment would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas.
  • Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
  • Computers & Internet savvy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Other EU languages such as French, Spanish or Italian would be an advantage.
  • Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail.
  • Committed Selling Partner advocate, drive process & tool improvements.
  • Good data analysis skill.
  • Expert in Excel and other office tools.
