Job Summary

Amazon Business is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our B2B Quoting Business, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our bulk ordering experience for Business Customers and Sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of requests from strategic accounts, coordinating bulk orders and supporting Business Customers in fulfilling their needs.
  • Improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our Business Customers and Sellers.
  • Work on projects to improve the long-term business Customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business or account management in eCommerce or a similar industry.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, German, or Italian.
  • Strong data skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work in a diverse team and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
