Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Operations Director to lead our commercial operations function for a cluster of markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing business strategy, managing sales force onboarding, developing and delivering training programs, and supporting cluster markets with CRM, data analytics, and sales training.

About the Role

The Commercial Operations Director will own and lead the commercial operations function, providing strategic direction and guidance to team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies for cluster markets
  • Managing sales force onboarding framework across all BU's
  • Designing and developing plans and leading projects for Sales Academy
  • Cross-functional collaboration to promote sales excellence through metrics management, sales result analysis, customer segmentation, and coaching
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in commercial operations or a related field, with experience in managing large and complex projects
  • Effective experience in CRM, data analytics, sales force, and other relevant tools
  • Experience in tracking sales performance and supporting cluster BU heads in implementing business strategies
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering training programs that drive sales growth
