Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Leader to join our team in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join Werfenlife SA as a senior commercial operations leader and contribute to our company's continued growth and success. As a Commercial Operations Leader, you will be expected to develop and execute business strategies, lead sales teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in business management, commercial operations, or a related field. Your expertise will enable you to effectively lead our sales team, drive business growth, and build a positive reputation within the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Absolutely fluent in English (written and spoken).
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around €95,000, considering the location and the level of responsibility involved.
