About the Sales Development Program. We seek ambitious professionals who excel in results-driven sales support. As a Sales Associate, you'll join our fast-paced Global Business Sales or Global Technology Sales team, leveraging strategic thinking and relationship building to secure C-level executive buy-ins from Fortune 500 companies globally. Your role will involve aligning Gartner research with business challenges facing executives worldwide, ensuring strong business development of new clients and growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop customized strategic plans for sales territories, focusing on supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Participate in and complete the sales development program training curriculum within 15 months.
• Generate leads through prospecting potential clients, identify new sales opportunities with existing clients, and qualify inbound leads.
• Research companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare tailored outreach for securing meetings. Schedule calls with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Educate prospects and clients on the value of Gartner's renowned products and services. Shadow and/or own calls with aligned Sales Executive.
• Support follow-up actions to enable pipeline progression and drive client engagement. Key Skills: Strategic thinking, Relationship building, Results-driven approach, Problem-solving ability. Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
