Data Centers is a complex application and a strategic growth area for Eaton. It has unique characteristics derived from the fact that it straddles IT and facility operations.

We are currently seeking a Data Center Sales Growth Strategist for Data Centers to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The role involves establishing, protecting, and expanding the business of Eaton products & services within specified accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individual sales strategies & action plans for short- and long-term sales success in the territory

• Provide weekly forecast reports to management and track progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other support functions to develop and implement sales strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing them with value-based solutions

• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordingly

• Be data-driven, able to understand data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations on how to adapt based on what we are seeing

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the region that can be developed whether in existing accounts or new opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, ideally Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Additionally, they should have 3 or more years of experience in a similar sales or technical role within the Data Center, IT, or Telecom Infrastructure Industry.
