About the role: The Sales Business Development Manager role is a sales position responsible for contract value retention and growth through contract expansion by introducing new products and services. The territory includes specific mid-sized client accounts with revenue targets between $50 million and $750 million per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations
• Manage and renew member research contracts
• Develop new business alongside existing accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 2-6 years of experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior success in sales
• Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
• Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred
• Demonstrable ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value
• Competitive drive with a collaborative approach

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
