Job Overview

The Sales Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue and expanding existing relationships with key accounts.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expansion within strategic territory customers.
  • Build strong relationships with Autodesk sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to grow the business relationship with assigned customers.
  • Evaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and target key steps needed to execute account plans.
  • Foster important relationships within the account, including Key Decision Makers, and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts, either with or on behalf of channel partners.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies, i.e., TAS, Value Selling, Solution Selling.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Familiarity with sales logging applications, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive.
  • Strong work ethic, team orientation, self-starting ability, high energy, and results-oriented approach.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Inside sales/office-based sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.


What We Offer

At Merantix, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
