Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Analyze performance data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience as a Team Manager or similar role

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent level of English
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
