Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our Ideate Software business by cultivating strategic relationships with AEC companies. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, value presentations, and online sales delivery, with a target of 85% direct sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the AEC sector
- Collaborate with Account Managers to define target markets, customers, and individuals within accounts
- Agree on account plans and execute them effectively
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record with year-over-year success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Autodesk Revit and Building Information Modeling software
- Fluency in German and English required (Spanish also desired)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM background preferred
- Strong user of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
Benefits:
