Business Development Manager, Mid-Market Sales

About the Role: This is a sales position responsible for acquiring and developing new clients within the Mid-Market in the French market. The goal is to bring Gartner's tech-related research and advisory services to C-level executives, helping them make better decisions and drive business growth.
Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations. You will build relationships with C-Level Executives, supporting them in achieving their mission-critical priorities. Your responsibilities will include owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and acting as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a native level of French and English, a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred), and 2-7 years of experience with evidence of prior success in sales. Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen is essential. Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions is highly preferred. You must possess a competitive drive with a collaborative approach and aspire to be the best while inspiring those around you.
