About the RoleThe Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be part of this dynamic team, responsible for identifying high-potential customers, activating new accounts and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities- Prospect mid-market accounts using key indicators such as annual turnover, number of employees and industry type.
- Activate new customers in the mid-market segment.
- Conduct 'Discovery and Qualification' sessions to assess customer needs and potential during sign-up, while providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships, share relevant insights and cross-sell as appropriate.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish (nice to have).
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
- Excellent prospecting skills to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in rapidly growing tech environments, preferably fintech, with basic knowledge of local competitors.
- Strong relationship-building skills to interact with high-level decision makers.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product capabilities.
- An estimated salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
