About the RoleOur Sales team is the driving force behind new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each area within the department operates like a well-oiled machine, handling prospecting to acquisition and activation, owning their market segments with a solution-focused approach and utilizing their expertise to grow our customer base at incredible speeds.We're seeking a skilled Growth Account Executive who will leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new features.If you're a motivated individual who thrives in challenging environments and maintains integrity in all your actions, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingConducting thorough analyses of assigned accounts to identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through a solution-driven sales approach.Establishing strong rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups.Understanding how each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.Meeting and surpassing sales targets in line with the team's KPIs.What You'll NeedFluency in English and Spanish.Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.A minimum of 2 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably in a B2B environment.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others might miss.The ability to build and maintain client relationships.A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team.Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders.Get What You Need to SucceedFinancial benefits that reflect our appreciation for your work.Flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad.A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks
