About This RoleThe New Business Sales team is at the heart of driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Account Executives are elite salespeople who excel throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and activation. They lead their market segments with a solution-oriented approach and leverage their expertise to grow our customer base at lightning speed.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels.
- Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for our customers, from onboarding to daily usage.
- Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant case studies.
- Fluency in English and German.
- 1+ year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
- A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.
- Demonstrated determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to contribute outside core responsibilities to provide an optimal customer experience.
- Curiosity and an attitude of a quick data-oriented learner who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
