Role Overview
The Sales team at Revolut is instrumental in driving new customer acquisition and engagement for our Business division globally. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a key player in identifying prospective enterprise customers and providing holistic solutions to retain and deepen relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify enterprise customers from a prospective list and establish genuine relationships with new and existing businesses.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, collaborate with Product Owners and Product Sales Specialists to provide tailored solutions.
- Activate new customers and nurture existing customer relationships, becoming a public champion for Revolut within the enterprise domain.
- Manage and build a strategic sales pipeline based on enterprise customer usage.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
- A proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accounts, with experience in slow sales cycles and large deal sizes.
- Expert relationship-building skills to interact with multiple high-level decision makers of an organization, ideally C-suite executives.
- A willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, adhering to local policies and guidelines.
- Solid technical foundation with the ability to understand and become an expert in payments infrastructure, FX, merchant acquiring, and other related areas.
