About the Role
Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business. Each area works like special forces, from prospecting to activation, owning market segments with a solution-oriented approach and growing our customer base at lightning speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities to deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach.
- Build rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups.
- Understand where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the team's KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German.
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.
- 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss.
- Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships.
- A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team.
