About the Role

Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business. Each area works like special forces, from prospecting to activation, owning market segments with a solution-oriented approach and growing our customer base at lightning speed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities to deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach.
  2. Build rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups.
  3. Understand where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the team's KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.
  • 2+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss.
  • Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team.
