About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in expanding into new markets. This is a sales role responsible for acquiring and developing new clients within the Mid-Market, bringing our tech-related research and advisory to C-level executives and helping them make better decisions and grow their business.

What You Will Do
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations.
  2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  3. Build relationships with C-Level Executives, supporting them to work towards their mission critical priorities.
  4. Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.

What You Will Need
  • Business fluent level of German or English.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • 2-8 years of experience with evidence of prior success in sales.
  • Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting or professional services solutions highly preferred.
  • Competitive drive with a collaborative approach.
