Travel Sales Development Specialist

At Verychic Travel, we're looking for a talented Sales Assistant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our sales representatives in developing a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations and achieving the desired turnover through private sales in these areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing flash offers with price lists, visuals, content briefs, and contracts
- Campaign follow-up, including sales analysis, inventory management, and follow-up with partners and sales reports
- Business development opportunities based on KPI evaluation
- Coordination with production, marketing, and customer service teams
- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking
In addition, the ideal candidate will:
- Maintain competitor monitoring to ensure a competitive and attractive portfolio
- Conduct product reviews within categories and on the company's website in conjunction with the sales team
- Prepare campaign schedules and provide commercial backup during business trips and holidays
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong analysis skills and proficiency in Excel main functions
- Creative and problem-solving capabilities
- A pragmatic, organized, and rigorous approach
- Autonomy, self-motivation, and teamwork skills
- Top-class presentation and communication skills
