At Verychic Travel, we're looking for a talented Sales Assistant to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our sales representatives in developing a portfolio of hotels in specific destinations and achieving the desired turnover through private sales in these areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing flash offers with price lists, visuals, content briefs, and contracts
  • Campaign follow-up, including sales analysis, inventory management, and follow-up with partners and sales reports
  • Business development opportunities based on KPI evaluation
  • Coordination with production, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Competitive intelligence and benchmarking

In addition, the ideal candidate will:

  • Maintain competitor monitoring to ensure a competitive and attractive portfolio
  • Conduct product reviews within categories and on the company's website in conjunction with the sales team
  • Prepare campaign schedules and provide commercial backup during business trips and holidays

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analysis skills and proficiency in Excel main functions
  • Creative and problem-solving capabilities
  • A pragmatic, organized, and rigorous approach
  • Autonomy, self-motivation, and teamwork skills
