Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products and services, and driving the sales process to close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to support targeted outreach for high-value prospects in partnership with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
- Handle inquiries from potential customers, initiate warm lead calls, and use strategic questioning to uncover client needs and interests.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel.
- Engage with high-potential clients and devise strategies to secure business opportunities.
- Maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement to support retention and upsell efforts.
- Strong understanding of business operations, enabling you to craft solutions that meet complex client needs.
- Focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets with a strategic mindset to overcome challenges.
- Capable of building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships through effective verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable discussing and demonstrating technological solutions that align with customer needs.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
