Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and delivering successful closures.

">Your Key Responsibilities
">In this role, you will:
">- ">
- Manage partner pipeline, detect new opportunities, and drive profitable closure of deals;">
- Understand partner market and competition, evaluating reseller interest;">
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products;">
- Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events, and programs;">
- Work with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and closure;">
- Detect and provide transparency on qualified opportunities, taking action to close them with partners;">
- Work closely with telemarketing, end-user sales teams, and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction;">
- Monitor execution of partner marketing plans, investments, and co-marketing activities review and proposal; and">
- Maintain excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills.">

Your Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A minimum of two years of related technical sales experience;">
- Bilingual or proficient in Italian with Advanced English;">
- Familiarity with channel programs;">
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written); and">
- The ability to work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization.">
