We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This role is ideal for individuals with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills who can effectively engage with customers and identify their needs.

Job Description

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will work towards individual targets while being part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quota quarterly and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly.
  2. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects and educate customers on the company's offerings.
  3. Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs.

You will also be required to understand customers' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process. Additionally, you will update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com and manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • C2 level of Turkish language proficiency.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a goal-oriented mindset, be self-motivated, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious, with the ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions.

Benefits

This is a full-time position offering a Hybrid working model in Barcelona, Spain. The salary is approximately €25,519.38 per year, including up to €3,091.19 in bonus.
