TTEC is seeking a skilled Turkish-English Sales Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for servicing and upselling client products to existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on sale opportunities for complementary products.
  • You will work effectively to grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring retention.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish language at an advanced C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • A well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft office and CRM software.
