Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Professional to join our team. This role will involve building strong relationships with business partners and colleagues, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on relationship-building and strategic planning to drive sales growth
* Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies to capitalize on these
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead in the market
* Manage and prioritize a large and diverse client base, ensuring timely and effective engagement and communication
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales and account development, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Language Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, as well as one additional language from the following: French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Polish, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Greek, Portuguese or Danish.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00 (depending on territory)
