**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategy to identify and engage with accounts that are either potential new business opportunities or require ongoing nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Analyze complex account and industry activity to develop plans for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Initiate and manage effective relationships with active and prospect clients to determine near and future clinical development needs.
  • Maintain effective and meaningful relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis.
  • Document and monitor progress in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a biological science, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship development and management, predominantly via phone.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential (German is a plus).
  • May have working knowledge of clinical development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
  • CRM skills in managing a customer relationship database beneficial.
