Turkish Business Development Specialist

About the Role
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join their team. This role involves identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity quota quarterly and hit a target level of activity daily and weekly
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educate customers on available Cloud solutions and build value for next steps in the sales process
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level of Turkish
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment
