Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Sales Development Representative to join our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving new business and helping us achieve continued success and growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Owning and driving a specific industry or region to discover net-new opportunities.
- Advanced prospecting within your target industry or region by reaching out to companies that have displayed demographic or behavioral buying signals.
- Identification and multi-channel engagement with our buyers through phone, email, and social media.
- Working alongside our intelligent tech stack to drive success, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and many others.
- Building a sustainable pipeline focusing on quality rather than quantity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native/Bilingual in Swedish and Norwegian.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Competitive, collaborative, and innovative.
- Energetic team player.
- Basic understanding of technology tools.

Salary and Location
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The office is situated in the heart of Barcelona, Spain, providing access to local culture, cuisine, and amenities. We also offer a competitive compensation structure with extra incentives.
