Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic sales development representative to play a pivotal role in generating pipeline by connecting with prospects supplied by marketing teams through multiple communication avenues, including calling, LinkedIn messages, and emails. This will involve working closely with field sales to break open key target whitespace accounts, essential for the company's continued growth.
About the Role:
You'll identify and nurture potential new business opportunities for sales, aiming to grow the pipeline through inbound and outbound initiatives. Schedule first-call meetings with prospects for field sales reps, provide feedback to marketing to improve targeting and lead quality, and maintain high daily activity levels.
Your Responsibilities:
• Identify potential new business opportunities and schedule meetings for field sales reps
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Provide ongoing feedback to marketing to improve targeting and lead quality
• Maintain high daily activity levels through calls, connections, emails, and prospecting tools
• Work cross-functionally with field sales, channel, and marketing teams to deliver meetings and qualified opportunities
What You Will Bring:
Under two years of related experience.
A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets preferred.
Fluent in English, and fluency in other languages beneficial.
Tenacious and ambitious with a good work ethic and interest in selling.
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum,
