Enterprise Sales Growth Strategist for UK Market

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our team in the UK market. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and building long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- BUILD A MARKET POSITION by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with new enterprise accounts.
- LEAD potential clients to an understanding of our solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs, and closing new deals on a quarterly basis.
- CORRECTIVE actions to approach, set the right strategy, and keep the new opportunities moving forward along the funnel.
- CONDUCT successful business meetings, including deep discovery calls, demo sessions of our platform, economic proposal presentations with ROI.
- PROMOTE the company's solutions addressing or predicting clients' needs and objectives that bring new customers to the company.
**Requirements & Qualifications:

**About You:
We're looking for someone with 8+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, sales executive, etc.) doing all the sales cycle from generating the opportunity to closing the deal. You should be fluent/native-level English speakers and have a proven sales track record in closing full sales cycles with large companies using a solution selling approach.
**What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as top-notch Private Health Insurance, fully covered by the company. You'll also enjoy 23 working days of holidays per year, plus local public holidays, an indefinite contract, flexible working hours, and a bonus scheme.
