Salary:

The attractive employee compensation package consists of a base salary and variable compensation, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers. Estimated annual salary: £120,000 - £180,000 (dependent on experience).

Job Description:

As a Global Sales Strategist, you will develop, manage, and create relationships between the organization and suppliers and customers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans
  • Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies
  • Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities
  • Lead stakeholder management sessions and maintain open lines of communication with various management levels

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies in the IT industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach

Other Information:

This role requires participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE being variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. The job profile requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the Fin Ops area and involves interpreting internal or external business issues and recommending solutions/best practices.
