Global Sales Strategist

The Global Sales Strategist role is a critical sales position that drives contract value retention and growth through strategic expansion of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex sales cycles, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives across various organizations within an assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth and retention of key client accounts.
- Possess a deep understanding of IT, staffing/recruiting, and professional services solutions, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior success in sales.
- Proven track record of demonstrating intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
- Demonstrable ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit needs and value.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
