Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Manager to join our client's team in the beautiful Barcelona area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with independent retail outlets, ensuring they have the right range of products in stock. Key responsibilities include advising retailers on their business needs, developing a trusting relationship, and identifying opportunities to close sales. To succeed in this role, you must be able to effectively communicate with business partners and colleagues, possess excellent customer service skills, and have strong time management and organisational abilities.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- At least two years of experience in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Candidates should have a good command of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian or Dutch.
