About Click&Boat
Click&Boat is the leading European boat rental platform. Our goal is to make boating accessible around the world and provide private and professional boat owners with additional income from boat rentals.
We have grown substantially since our conception in 2013, acquiring three companies in different European countries (Spain, Germany, and France) over the past four years. In 2022, our growth was powered by a major equity fund investment and partnership with the world's largest boating marketplace.
We have successfully opened for business in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, boasting a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different countries. Our headquarters are based in Paris on a barge moored on the Seine River, while our operational teams are located in Barcelona, in the vibrant neighborhood of Poblenou.
Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Sales team at Click&Boat. As Chief Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of sales executives in Germany and the Netherlands.
Your mission will be to grow your team, manage their performance, and provide smart reporting to stakeholders. You will be working closely with Jonathan, VP of Sales, who will be your direct manager. Mission Breakdown
1. Build up Your Team (20%): Recruitment and initial training of the German and Dutch Sales Teams. The team is already composed of 3 talented sales executives and needs to grow to 15 people during peak season.
2. Manage Your Team (60%): Communicate targets and empower your team to perform at their best through trainings, direct guidance, team meetings, floor animation, etc.
3. Smart Reporting (20%): Own your team's KPIs and market knowledge to communicate relevant information upward and downward regularly.
Key Requirements
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
You should be a native German speaker, fluent in English, and have at least two years of excellent sales experience. Additionally, you should have at least two years of management experience, with a team of at least 5 people, and possess excellent analytic skills.
