Job Description: As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our presence in the French market by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for consultative selling, prospecting & hunting new business opportunities, confidently negotiating terms and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will bring new partners into the Marketplace division of our company, enhancing our service offerings and market reach. Your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing relationships with clients to grow your book of business and ensure long-term partnerships.

Estimated Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a love for selling and a growth mindset. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, as well as a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Experience in cold outreach and familiarity with the consultative sales cycle are also highly valued. A people person who loves to engage with colleagues and work as part of a team is what we're looking for.
