About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Strategic Sales Growth Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving individual quarterly and annual quotas. You will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities through regular cold outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

To succeed in this role, you will need to qualify prospects according to the MEDDPICC sales qualification process. You will maintain accurate Salesforce records with respect to prospects and the opportunity pipeline, including white-space mapping, updating contact and account history, and dispositioning opportunities on time with commentary.

You will deliver an engaging value-based sales methodology and drive meaningful customer value for all respective stakeholders, including presenting the vision to C-levels. Your negotiation skills will be essential in ensuring that appropriate expectations are being established, communicated, and documented.

About You

We are looking for a self-starter who is independent, resourceful, adaptable, and achievement-oriented. You should have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and working within a complex selling environment. You must be able to develop your territory into a functioning business and work effectively as part of a team.

In addition to your sales experience, you should have language skills in English and one of French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, or German at a native/CEFR C2 level.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
