About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Operations Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth through best practice adoption and execution across our international operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive BD adoption, aligned with recognized best practices and enablement across Drift and 6Sense, while liaising with Business Development Leadership and Demand Generation teams.
  • Orchestrate BD content creation for outreach, ensuring continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, utilizing performance analytics from tools such as SalesLoft and Marketo.
  • Manage the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4, maximizing the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team.
  • Owning, reviewing, and analyzing BD KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft.
  • Enablement: Responsible for orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement in collaboration with our Global Sales Enablement Manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of business development/lead generation/sales experience. SaaS or Tech experience is advantageous. You must have strong communication skills in English, and experience with technology including 6Sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Drift. A passion for process creation, management, adoption, and improvement is essential.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
