Salary: Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic sales operations manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and tracking of commercial strategies, revenue plans, and priorities for the year.
- Segment our market and customers, identify opportunities, and prioritize them based on their current and potential value.
- Drive quarterly topline reforecast processes and generate detailed reports and analyses to provide meaningful insights into sales performance.
- Actively support discussions and development of strategic action plans to ensure alignment with sales objectives and continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of detailed reports, analyses, and actionable insights to empower sales leaders in making well-informed and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, finance, or business intelligence/data analysis.
- Analytical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Business partner with excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Fluent in English.
