Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new business units and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
  • Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Executive Team on business development and growth strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development, and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Spanish a plus
