About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their Gartner subscription.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform client success strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving client growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
