Technical Sales Enablement Specialist for Channel Partners

Job Description:
- Channel Led Segment Support: Provide support to partners in driving Nutanix opportunities autonomously, demonstrating experience in technical sales and partner relationships, including setting, tracking, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Structured Enablement Program: Deliver a structured enablement program to enhance the ability of partners to partner with Nutanix through technical sales, focusing on channel-powered accounts.
About Systems Engineering at Nutanix: Our Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization is composed of 800+ customer-focused technical sales professionals responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with customers' business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training and enablement.
Your Role: As a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist for Channel Partners, you will be responsible for demonstrating and selling our value proposition on how technology products and solutions solve business problems. Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and Support: Coach Partner SEs on Channel Powered deals, providing support with sizing, services attach, validated design, hardware references, and other technical pre-sales activities.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with Nutanix marketing, sales, distribution, and partner sales teams to generate demand for Channel Powered segment.
- Elevate Program Certifications: Provide enablement and exam preparation bootcamps for Channel-Powered segment Elevate program certifications.
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Offer technical pre-sales support for Nutanix partners during Discovery, Positioning, Demonstrations, Sizing, and Licensing for opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish a relationship with channel partners and Field CSEs as a trusted and valued advisor, working collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
- Partner Enablement: Define and drive enablement sessions for Nutanix partners to be self-sufficient.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluent English and European Language: Fluency in English, with an additional European language being beneficial.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly in areas like compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and/or cloud.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, in-person, and via webinar).
- Demonstrated Leadership and Initiative: Proven leadership and initiative abilities.
- Relationship Building: Ability to maintain relationships with technical resources at all levels of a customer organization.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of Sales Engineering or Reseller experience in a high-tech sales environment.

Benefits and Salary: This role comes with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
