Job Title: Senior Sales Enablement SpecialistLocation: Barcelona (Catalonia)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive Salary (£45,000 - £55,000 per annum)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to provide sales support to our Sales Director and sales department in Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven sales support in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in Portugal by providing timely and accurate information on product launches, customer requests, and sales trends.
- Develop and maintain performance indicators for Portugal, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with account managers to develop tailored sales strategies that meet customer needs.
- Maintain records of sales trends, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or equivalent role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
- High levels of expertise in office technologies, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork and motivational skills, with excellent interpersonal relationships.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable.
