About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our sales teams' success. As an Inside Sales Training and Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip our sales representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
You will work closely with our sales leaders to understand business objectives and develop tailored training strategies that drive results. Your expertise will help new hires get up-to-speed quickly, while also supporting the ongoing development of tenured sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales teams, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills training.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to design and implement effective training strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and training.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales training and enablement, preferably within a service-driven industry.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze outcomes and drive decision-making.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as education, training, or business.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
