**The Challenge**
Wallapop seeks a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in Barcelona. Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Wallapop PRO business verticals achieve their goals.
The Sales Enablement practice is crucial in our journey to raise the Commercial Excellence standards in the PRO business. Through the analysis of commercial performance across the funnel, you'll define how to provide our sales teams with the right processes, tools, training, messaging, and materials to optimize conversion rates.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will design and execute the sales onboarding process for new hires in all Wallapop PRO business verticals, structure and develop the sales playbook for each business vertical, ensuring all content is relevant, accessible, and updated.
You will also analyze sales funnels and quality to identify areas of improvement to boost commercial effectiveness, evaluate sales teams' commercial effectiveness, and help them achieve their goals by conducting sales training sessions.
**Requirements**
We're looking for a Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in Business with 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Sales Enablement. You should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be data-driven, and solution-oriented.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of approximately **€60,000 - €80,000 per year**, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a talented team of professionals.
