Job Description


AbbVie se encuentra en la búsqueda de Strategic Communication Digital Manager que se encargue de mantener el buen posicionamiento de sus canales digitales, de hacer un desarrollo estratégico de la presencia digital de la compañía y de su equipo directivo, así como maximizar las oportunidades estratégicas de la comunicación digital en las distintas áreas de la compañía, bajo la supervisión del Communication & Patients Director, así como del Corporate Communication Manager.


Funciones:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia de presencia digital que favorezca el posicionamiento de la organización, el crecimiento de los perfiles en redes sociales y un aumento del engagement en las publicaciones.

Gestionar los perfiles en las diferentes redes sociales donde AbbVie cuenta con presencia digital:
LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube y Facebook.

Diseño de un plan estratégico de posicionamiento directivo, así como la elaboración de contenido de los portavoces de la compañía en redes sociales.

4.

Elaboración de un plan estratégico de posicionamiento digital que maximice las oportunidades que la comunicación digital ofrece a las distintas áreas de AbbVie.

5. Elevar la cultura digital en comunicación digital dentro de la compañía.

6. Crear contenido propio adaptado al lenguaje y estrategias de comunicación para cada red social.

7. Dar cumplimiento a la estrategia de incidencia política y a la estrategia de sensibilización en redes sociales.

8. Ejecutar una monitorización continua de las conversaciones, noticias y tendencias.

Proponer y ejecutar un plan de gestión de crisis, en casos en los cuales la imagen de la organización pueda verse afectada en los canales sociales.

10. Diseñar y gestionar campañas paid a través de las distintas plataformas de la compañía.

11. Elaborar informes y análisis sobre la presencia digital, impacto y funcionamiento de campañas de sensibilización o incidencia, entre otras.

Otras funciones en asociadas a la gestión de la comunicación digital, presencia en redes sociales, creación de contenido e imagen de marca en canales digitales de la organización.

Qualifications

  • Licenciatura en Periodismo, Comunicación, Marketing, Ciencias de la salud o Tecnología.
  • Formación y experiência específica en comunicación digital vinculada a la industria farmacéutica u otros sectores altamente regulados.
  • Entre 5 y 7 años en un puesto similar en el ámbito de la comunicación digital.
  • Deseable experiência previa en departamentos de comunicación de industria farmacéutica o áreas de Digital en agencias de comunicación.
  • Conocimientos y experiência en herramientas de creación de contenido: edición de imágenes, edición de vídeos, herramientas de marketing digital.
  • Conocimientos actualizados sobre nuevas tendencias en comunicación digital.
  • Inglés alto (C1)
