Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong understanding of various traffic types and their impact on different products, including knowledge of CPA, CPL, and CPI business models.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and optimistic with a passion for sales and closing deals.
- Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and market research to evaluate the success of business development efforts and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing, developing, and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective sales techniques.
