Job Title: Manager Strategic Partnerships

The Manager Strategic Partnerships plays a crucial role in supporting the Director Strategic Partnerships and serving as an account lead for assigned accounts. The primary mission of this role is to optimize revenue contribution from distribution partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthening Partnerships: Reinforce current partnerships by supporting account directors, engaging partners in quarterly business reviews, and ensuring the correct distribution of rooms and rates.
  • Undertaking Opportunities & Partner Projects: Identify new business opportunities with partners, study pace, forecast, and performance, and present internally new partner opportunities and/or new online partners that can support RHG objectives.
  • Account Performance & Operations: Provide commercial account management support for assigned accounts, build strong day-to-day business relationships with key account stakeholders, and train, obtain feedback, monitor, and support internal and external stakeholders in handling portfolios to optimize performance.
  • Connecting: Be the relationship builder for various internal and external stakeholders involved in the account at global, regional, and local levels.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related major.
  • Minimum experience: At least three years' business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management, and e-commerce.
  • Language skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills welcome.
