We are currently seeking a Manager of Leisure Strategic Partnerships to play a crucial role in our Madrid office.

The Manager of Leisure Strategic Partnerships is essential in driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations within the leisure B2B sector. This position involves close cooperation with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to enhance revenue channels through effective partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnership Management: Oversee and strengthen existing partnerships, organizing regular performance reviews to assess partnership effectiveness and ensuring optimal distribution of inventory and pricing.
  • Revenue Opportunity Identification: Analyze current partner performance and identify areas for growth within the B2B framework, utilizing data-driven insights to propose innovative strategies and pricing models.
  • Account Management: Lead the management of key accounts, developing comprehensive profiles and plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals and effective project execution.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, promoting collaboration and ensuring that partnership activities align with our long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in an international setting, focusing on sales, revenue management, account management, and e-commerce is required. Experience in B2B partnerships, OTA, or hospitality groups is advantageous.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
