We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Liberty Iberian Leisure & Events. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and operating itineraries for leisure groups, sourcing and coordinating travel programs, and negotiating with local suppliers and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate itineraries for leisure groups, creating unique experiences for diverse segments and markets.
- Sourcing and coordination of all elements of travel programs, including hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation, and activities.
- Contact and negotiation with local suppliers and international clients to ensure seamless execution of travel programs.
- Preparation of presentations for clients, roadbooks, and vouchers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Quoting, billing, and closing of files to ensure efficient financial management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success in project management.
- Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Spanish, with any additional language skills (German or French) being an asset.
- Good knowledge of Spain as a leisure destination, with the ability to provide expert insights and recommendations.
- Pro-active and enthusiastic personality with a high level of self-motivation, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning database management programs.
