En IT Partner, estamos buscando un Project Manager Senior con amplia experiencia en la gestión de proyectos IT para liderar la implantación de herramientas de observabilidad en el sector financiero.
Responsabilidades:- Liderar y gestionar proyectos tecnológicos complejos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega final, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.
- Dirigir equipos multidisciplinarios, promoviendo un entorno de colaboración y alto rendimiento.
- Supervisar la transición de modelos de monitorización tradicionales a modelos de observabilidad extremo a extremo, integrando KPIs y cuadros de mando.
- Coordinar la recogida de requisitos de monitorización, alertas y manuales de explotación en los niveles de infraestructura y aplicación.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los stakeholders y gestionar las expectativas del cliente.
- Utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos como JIRA y Microsoft Project para la planificación y el seguimiento de los proyectos.
- Mínimo de 3 a 7 años de experiencia en la gestión de proyectos IT en el sector financiero.
- Experiencia comprobada en la implantación de modelos de observabilidad y herramientas de monitorización como Dynatrace, Elastic, y Grafana.
- Certificación en Dynatrace.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, y metodologías de gestión híbridas.
- Grado universitario en una disciplina tecnológica y formación adicional en gestión de proyectos.
