EDUCATION

· A Bachelor's degree is essential, with a preference for fields such as Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar disciplines.

EXPERIENCE

· A minimum of 5 years in procurement, showcasing a successful track record in sourcing within diverse cultural and matrix environments.

· Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and analytical capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various IT and Digital categories, emphasizing digital solutions, software, consultancy services, and SAAS offerings.

Oversee supplier performance with a strong emphasis on continuous total cost management, performance enhancement, and innovation initiatives.

Formulate and execute the Global Category Strategy aimed at achieving cost efficiencies while enhancing quality, with a primary focus on Total Cost of Ownership.

Ensure that third-party requirements are effectively communicated to the supplier network, fulfilling business needs seamlessly.

Cultivate and maintain a robust Global supplier network, including contracting, negotiations, relationship management, risk assessment, and supplier performance evaluation.

Guarantee adherence to Global KPIs and the implementation of Procurement Policies.

Provide ongoing support to IT teams to enhance compliance levels.

Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to secure optimal costs and reliable supply in accordance with Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures.

Act as the primary contact for all supplier-related issues concerning quality, delivery, service, and costs, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Exceptional negotiation skills.

· Ability to navigate within a global and complex organizational structure.

· Strategic thinker with the capability to clarify critical priorities for business value creation and risk assessment.

· Proficient in influencing both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on understanding their needs to foster trust.

· Capable of generating engagement and commitment from team members.

· Skilled in managing conflicts in a pragmatic and constructive manner.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

· Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are an advantage.

GENERAL INFORMATION

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing.
